Job Description
- Monitoring salary structure and benefit at all times
- Manage medical reimburse
- Handle BPJS report montly and other related process (Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan)
- Monitoring HR daily administration (Absent, overtime, schedule)
Minimum Qualifications
- Female, Max. 26 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Advance skill in Ms. Office function.
- Detail, steadiness, and having good analytical thinking.
