Job Description
- Strategy and Sales Program Implementation.
- Overseeing sales activities within a designated geographical area, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
- Engage in one-on-one or group interactions with distributors, customers, sales teams, and consumers to build strong relationships.
- Train and develop distributors, customers, and sales teams to enhance brand awareness, promotional activities, and sales performance.
- Ensure effective and standard-compliant execution of all trade and sales activities in the assigned area.
- Demonstrate ethical behavior and compliance in all market activities, upholding high standards in every interaction.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Work experience in automotive related parts sales / FMCG sales, with a minimum of 3 years as a sales manager.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
