Job Description
- Daily management of stock movement: receiving / checking & storing incoming goods, labeling & packaging goods before delivery
- Preparing required documents before delivery
- Data entry of incoming / outgoing goods, reporting and inventory control
- To work closely with Warehouse Manager, ensuring areas are kept clean, tidy and well managed
- Perform administrative tasks assigned by Manager
Minimum Qualifications
- Female max 28 Years Old
- Min High School or higher qualification in any major
- At least 1 year working experience as warehouse assistant/admin/officer
- Having experience in SAP Program is preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
- Having basic knowledge about IT products and its peripherals is an advantage
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Understanding of warehouse management system
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
