Business Analyst ERP Specialist  

Responsibilities:

• In a project: Support Project Manager in managing the user community’s expectation. Identify and analyze business activities and requirement to make them more efficient by using IT resources.
• Analyze an organization’s business or IT systems and data, and recommend the change to increase to overall efficiency and effectiveness of a department or an entire company.
• This includes identifying the need for change, assessing the impact of changes, documenting the change requirements and ensuring the changes occur and creating tangible benefits to the organization.
• Problem solvers, excellent communicators, and tactful diplomat as who can quickly understand and respond to the needs of people within the company.

• Ability to bridge business and IT in the area of :
• Finance, covering internal & external accounting, budgeting, product costing concept, project costing, enterprise asset management.
• Logistics, covering production planning and execution, plant maintenance (enterprise asset management), procurement process and inventory management.
• Essential tasks involve identifying areas within a business which need updating or improving, often working in tandem with the IT Technical team.
• Strong communications skill are a crucial requirement in this position, as technical solutions often need non-tech-based inter-departmental explanations.
• A strong business background with IT knowledge (working with ERP system),
• Strong analytical and logical thinking to help providing best solutions for customer needs,
• Experienced in ERP implementation project or Post Implementation Support (2-3 years).

• Education background:
• S1 Management Information System / Business Information System
• S1 Finance for Financial Business Analyst
• S1 Industrial Engineering for Logistic Business Analyst (other majors are welcome with some business experience)
