Job Description
The primary objective of Talent Acquisition/HR Recruitment is in charge of recruitment process, especially for Medical Personnel such as Doctor & Paramedic/Nurse.
Minimum Qualifications
Responsibilites:
- Managing the recruitment process including but not limited to planning, coordinating and performing recruitment and selection, shortlist candidates, coordinate interview with user, making contracts and other formalities.
- Develop and maintain internal candidate database (e.g. updating contact information, candidate's locations, and availability for new work/project).
- Research and recommend new sources for the recruitment of active and passive candidates, and build networks to find qualified candidates.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field, from reputable university
- At least 2 years of working experience as a recruiter is a must
- Preferably having experience in recruiting on site personnel
- Experienced in handling recruitment for hospital/ medical service/ healthcare/ insurance company is a plus
- Great team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
