The Corporate Development Associate provides an opportunity to work and experience for themselves a fast-growing company that is run by a seasoned senior management team with deep industry experience and credentials and is backed by professional investors.
As part of the Corporate Development team, members will support the Corporate Development Advisor and will likewise be exposed to senior management in the organisation. He/she will have to work across a variety of functions, ranging from operations, finance to working on business development and strategic initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Management, preferably from reputable overseas university
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, ideally with Merger & Acquisition/Corporate Finance/Consulting backgrounds
- Preferably having experienced in working at the big four accounting firms (PWC/Deloitte/KPMG/EY)
- Very strong in Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Solves issues based on an analytical and logical approach and is detailed-oriented
- Comfortable with ambiguity and is an independent thinker that is able to work with minimal supervision
- Highly motivated, confident, enthusiastic and creative
- Active co-curricular activities record
- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Intellectually curious and strives for rigorous thinking
- Strong work ethic and ability to achieve identified goals, both individually and as a team player
