Aircraft Maintenance Planner  

The Aircraft Maintenance Planner (AMP) at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF) will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks to ensure efficient maintenance operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Production Planning and Forecasting: Overseeing production methods and schedules to ensure timely and efficient maintenance operations
• Material Management: Ensuring the availability of necessary materials, tools, and equipment, and managing ground facilities
• Manpower Planning: Conducting strategic planning to maximize manpower efficiency, ensuring alignment with maintenance demands and optimizing workforce utilization
• Record Maintenance: Tracking and maintaining accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities
• Performance Analysis: Analyzing production and business performance to align with established procedures and business objectives
• Budget Management: Managing the budget to control operational costs and enhance revenue optimization

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aviation, Industrial, Physics), Aviation Maintenance Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Maximum age for selection: 30 years old
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in the aviation field
• English proficiency test scores from an official institution (the test certificate is valid for up to 2 years from the test date) with minimum scores: TOEIC: 530, TOEFL ITP: 425, or IELTS: 5
