Job Description
- Performing talent search from at least three pool of talent (School/ Campus Internship Program, IT Community, Professional Expert Association).
- Doing fast and efficient hiring process.
- Communicate with the candidate properly and timely
- Create a structured and informed recruitment documentation to the supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/ Psychology/ Human Resource Management from reputable university
- IT Enthusiast
- Great communication skill (interpersonal and public speaking)
- Positive attitude, high initiative
