Job Description

  • Manage employee's performance review based on predetermined period
  • Manage system and documentation of employee's performance review data for talent management and promotion purpose
  • Analyze and develop performance review and competency tools to ensure the accuracy in measuring employee's performance
  • Manage program assignment for Management Trainee
  • To be mentor for employee who involved in talent management program

Minimum Qualifications

  • Maximum age : 29
  • Bachelor Degree of any field
  • Professional experience at least 2 years in Organizational Development/Performance Management function
  • Experience in multifinance industry is preferred
  • Strong conceptual knowledge in performance management (KPI/balance score card), competency, and talent management
  • Excellent analysis skill based on data
  • Able to adapt and communicate well in various context/interlocutor
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel

FMF received its multifinance licence in 1994 and is fully licenced to conduct a full range of multifinance activities including consumer finance, leasing, factoring and credit cards.
