Job Description
- Receive, record, and classify every form that related to service requests from owner and incident for making decision in the process
- Perform initial settlement of service requests from owner and incident
- Conduct escalation to the next parties if there is any request or incident that can’t be resolve by service desk
- Reporting IT service & incident to FIF management during a certain period
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree, preferably in technical information, & informatics management
- Proficiency in operating Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in programming language and database tools
- Have knowledge about IOS or Android Application
- Have a good driving force, courage, and integrity
- Proficiency in planning & driving action skills
- Able to work in customer focus manner
