Job Description
- Updating all forms of service, work guidelines, and unit items in data center that under management of the network-security
- Ensure that the service level or service provider maintenance that we use is according with the agreement and has self backup plan for any disruption, disaster, and/or accident
- Ensure that all network service that serve as IT services have backups and can be operated
- Determine the priority of each form of network service as a consideration for allocating resources to both DC sites
- Involved in the implementation of DRP tests for ensuring that DRP resource from the data center function are available and can be operated
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree, preferably in management, technical information, & informatics management
- Proficiency in operating Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in hardware & software installation
- Have a strong understanding of database management system
- Proficiency in analysis and judgement skills
- Proficiency in planning & driving action skills
- Able to work in customer focus manner
