Job Description
- Plan, think and design how users interact with our product.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers to meet and improve the product experience.
- Conduct experiments to analyze user behavior in the product and come up with a solution to improve their experience.
- Keep up with the latest design trends, best practices, and improvements in user interactions designs
- Create mock ups and wireframe to help product development team design the user flow from start to end
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate;
- Min. 2 years experience as Digital Product Design Head or UI/UX Design Team Leader preferably from Financial Service or Financial Technology companies;
- Experienced in Application Design/UIUX (web/mobile);
- Proven team-leading and project management experience;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
