Job Description
- Identifying employee training needs;
- Developing and implementing training strategies;
- Monitoring the effectiveness of training programs
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in Training & Development, Human Capital or related field is required for this position
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Willing to be located all across Indonesia.
