Job Description
- Manage General Trade Channel team performance
- Prepare the General Trade sales strategy & growth plans in line with business strategy
- Category management and Promotion planning
- Maintain implementation, monitoring performance & taking corrective actions to achieve company target
- Analyze and ensure the achievement of sales & market share target
- Develop business & expand general trade channel
- Evaluates, Analyze and create reports for management review
- Driving operational efficiency for general trade channel
- Responsible for achieving planned sales by channel and customer
- Achieving consistent growth by managing various internal and external stakeholders
- Work within allocated promotional cost and ensure effective spending in driving sales and brand building
- Provide trade information, competitor's activities and market intelligent to company
- Manage and review outstation outlets through frequent market visit and liaising with local Sales Management
- Build good relation with the market
- Work closely with Marketing Director & Executives in achieving company's objective and vision
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 10 Year(s) of working experience mostly in FMCG category, preferably Food category with strong experience in National general trade channel & retail
- Preferably Manager with regional experiences specialized in Sales or equivalent.
- Able to build and manage team, coaching & review performance
- Creative strategy and good execution
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel.
