Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement function of KIBIF Group (PT Estika Tata Tiara, Tbk and its subsidiaries)
- Oversee a team of 4 category supervisors
- Develop and execute procurement strategy for all categories
- Ensures that KIBIF procures materials and service at the right quality, the best price, and the right time
- Build and maintain long-term relationship with vendors and suppliers
- Control procurement budget and promote a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualification:
1. Min Bachelor’s (S1) degree in any major
2. 4-year experience in procurement function
3. Min 2-year experience in Food Industry
4. Great at prioritization and natural at finding cost saving opportunities
5. Strong managerial and leadership skills
6. Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
7. Highly organized and detail oriented
8. Excellent analytical and problem solving
