Job Description
- Manage the development of new products and processes from concept to commercialization
- Timeline management and coordination with related divisions - not limited to production, operations and sales teams
- Develop and manage pricing and marketing strategy - in line with business objectives
- Present findings and insights of target market
- Ensure omnichannel activities are aligned with business objectives
- Create collaboration with KOLs
- Execute promotional activities for GT, MT, Reseller, UMKMs, and Online Accounts
- Ensure competitiveness and innovation of products, in line with brand positioning and company's vision
Minimum Qualifications
- Working experience of at least 2 years in Product Marketing / Branding;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Strong academic background in marketing or business;
- Min GPA 3.0;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word);
- Proficient in writing in Bahasa Indonesia & English
