Job Description
- Improve product and company image, strengthen brand positioning and carry out activities aimed at a sustainable competitive advantage. And update promotional tools that can be used to support marketing and sales.
- Producing PR materials in the form of writing, images, and other symbols related to Marketing Communications both on social media and in print media.
- The team leads the Marketing in carrying out daily activities, carrying out PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action), through coordination, delegation, and required work orders to the entire Marketing team.
- Determine the target of Marketing activities appropriately, carry out effective and efficient activities, and account for these activities in a professional manner.
- Provide work reports, including Competitor Ad Report Information, Marketing Budget Report, and Monthly Strategy Plan.
- Setting performance standards for the Marketing department.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Management, Marketing, Communication, Leadership
- Preferably Manager specialized in fashion jewelry or accessories distributor
- Familiar with channel of distribution, both traditional and modern market
- Having a wide range of networking
- Active, Cooperative, Creative, & Hard-Working
- Can work both individual and team, both under pressure and with target
- Will be place in West Jakarta
