Job Description
- Design and adaptation of product packaging and marketing collaterals across different media and channels
- Developing and proposing visual ideas in consultation with brand managers, to support brand and product marketing strategies
- Managing end to end design process from concept to execution/production
- Production management of deliverables (e.g. for packaging, point of sales or display materials)
- Conceptualizing and delivering varieties of offline and online creative content (including point of sales materials, social media content, web design)
- Keeping accurate and up to date design archives
Minimum Qualifications
- Tasteful designing with different software including 3D rendering and web design software (please list)
- A portfolio which will be assessed on creative excellence, problem-solving and technical mastery
- Experience and familiarity with technicalities and methods of packaging print processes
- Experience in FMCG or similar industry a plus
- Experience in web design, social media, UI/UX
- Ability to understand, embody and develop brand personality and creative identity
- Meticulous and self-motivated
- Ability and desire to bring creativity to bear on every project
- Good understanding of creative design, layout, typography with a keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Ability to manage timelines and various projects concurrently
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
