Job Description
- Provide data for annual FA checking.
- Prepare auditee activity necessity in order to ensure the audit process is run as expected.
- Support company financial report based on supported data in order to show company’s condition based on financial perspective.
- Act as cost control for document checking and validation using 3 ways matching on vendor's document validation before AP posting.
- Prepare FA list to produce annual corporate tax report.
- Support in consolidation package to holding company
- Prepare new user, set up user authority, and allocate user license to ensure SBO capacity to run the application.
- Prepare and submit central bank report and trade ministry in order to fulfill company’s obligation.
- Conduct filing of accounting document based on the applied procedure.
- Coordinate closely with Tax officials related to tax data reconcillation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree of Accounting from reputable university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, experiences and exposures from multi national company is a plus.
- Experience with SBO is a plus.
- Able to analyze profit and loss.
- Having Brevet A or B is an advantage.
- Proven skill in MS Office (Office, Powerpoint, Outlook).
- Proven advanced skill in MS Excel (Pivot Table, formulas etc.).
- Strong analytical thinking and detail oriented.
- Excellent problem solving skills and is customer oriented person.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- English communication in both verbal and written (IELTS score minimum 5.5 is preferrable).
- Does not mind long hour of work and overtime in the weekend or holiday if needed.
