Job Description
- Provide support to the team member responsibilities.
- Create administrative document such as PO/PAF, invoice, report,etc.
- Organizing and maintaining all documents (paper,and electronic)
Minimum Qualifications
- Smart Person (in solving issue, in executing tasks, etc.).
- Pro-active person.
- Creative in developing idea to make improvement.
- Self-learning eagerness.
- Well communicate in English, verbal & writing.
- Has a good business acumen.
- Able to work in a Team & independently.
- Has a passion & commitment to work.
- Proven experiences in minimum 2-3 years in Procurement Administration.
- Experienced in handling Vendor Invoicing and Product Claim.
- Female/Male.
- Age max 27 old years.
