2. Developed promotion letter based on BOD promotion meeting

HC Services Process

1. Conduct human capital compensation benefit process for all employees.
2. Review to approve medical reimbursement request.
3. Develop attendance process report, and medical report.
4. Conduct medical checked up base on employee data and schedule.
5. Develop reports of working hours and overtime monitoring result of all employees.
6. Provide support in relationship with labor union.
7. Provide support to the counseling process for employees that needed to prevent and resolve workplace disputes.
8. Provide support to the result of counseling with related parties.
9. Prepare the document, and make sure the employee resigned fill in it completely, truly and submitted it back to HR before the employee is resigned.
10. Create reference letter for employee resigned.
11. Calculate resignation and pension fee, in order to deliver employee rights before resigned.
12. Circular document of resignation and pension fee to BOD in oprder to ensure employee rights is granted.

1. Minimum graduated from reputable university, Bachelor Degree in any field preferable in Psychology, IT or Science background
2. Having 1 years working experience in HR/HC area
3. Have good communication, interpersonal skill, and english proficient (written and oral)
4. Have good MS Office skill sets
5. Proactive, initiative, fast learner, good analytical thinking
