Job Description
- Develop Human Capital/Human Resource planning (cascading from company objective);
- Validate posted job description align with business needs;
- Ensure candidate's quality meet the requirements before further selection process;
- Advising on pay and other issues including promotion, benefits, and maintain staff records;
- Interpreting and advising on employment legislation;
- Develop and implement policies;
- Implementing disciplinary procedure (role model).
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (preferable), Human Resource, from Science discipline, or equivalent;
- Have more than 7 years working experience in HR area as Supervisor, Professional, Practitioner, or above from any large organization including IT (preferable), Banking, Consulting, or equivalent;
- Have certification in CHRP (preferable);
- Have business awareness and commercial focus;
- Required Skill(s): have good communication skill, good presentation skill, strong interpersonal skill, strong analytical and planning skills, strong management and leadership skills, technically competent, excellent problem-solving, good influencing, and negotiating skills, very good in administration skill, have the ability to analyze, interpret, and explain the legal framework regulating employment;
- Personally credible, have integrity and approachability.
