Job Description
Untuk mendukung perkembangan layanan digital banking yang sedang dikembangkan oleh BNI, kami mencari para kaum muda yang mau bergabung untuk menjadi bagian sebagai Call Center BNI yang akan memandu nasabah untuk bertransaksi pada Layanan Digital Video Banking.
Call Center BNI akan ditempatkan di Plaza BNI Jakarta BSD
Tahapan Seleksi yang akan dilaksanakan adalah :
1. Seleksi Administrasi
2. Wawancara User
3. Asesmen
4. Tes Kesehatan
Kandidat yang terpilih akan dihubungi langsung oleh pihak BNI.
Minimum Qualifications
Persyaratan :
- Pria / Wanita berpenampilan menarik.
- Pendidikan Minimal D3
- Usia Maksimal 27 Tahun
- IPK minimal 2.75 (PTS); 2.5 (PTN) skala 4.00
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik (lisan maupun tulisan), menguasai bahasa asing menjadi nilai tambah
- Bersedia bekerja shift
- You are required to fulfill your Kalibrr Account Profile (Contact Info (included photo, date of birth, gender) and Education are mandatory)
- You are required to fill in all Applications Questions at Kalibrr
