Job Description
- Responsible for the completeness and accuracy of each stage of IT development
- Ensuring project implementation in accordance to the objectives and time targets
- Coordinate with Internal & External related parties in project implementation, including the testing process and preparation for migration to a production environment
- Supervise and control the processes and stages of the project
- Coordinate the project team to submit project development analysis to related units (users & vendors)
- Manage resource planning, budget, division of tasks and responsibilities of the project team to ensure the achievement of project objectives
- Support concept testing and/or prototyping to demonstrate the potential value of IT solutions for business development
- Coordinate to provide deployment steps in production environment
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the project, identifying problems to their mitigation, controlling and evaluating project milestones and deliverables
- Arrange coaching and mentoring to project team members to ensure accountability and positive action on delegated tasks
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT
- Maximum age for selection is 35 years old
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Have experience in Banking Industry
- Have experience as a business analyst preferred
- Understanding Project Life Cycle
- Fluent in English
- Communication and Presentation Skill
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent team-building skill
- Provide project progress reports and communicate information related to project owners and management companies
