Team Leader Investor Communication & Business Analysis  

We are looking for an Investor Relation candidate to develop and implement shareholder communications programs to ensure that capital market participants correctly understand our corporate strategy and key performance metrics. You will work as part of a team, but individual ability becomes an important factor considering it demands initiatives and idea generation. Please read Job Description & Requirement below :

• Develop and implement communication programs to buy side and sell side analysts to ensure correct understanding of Bank Mandiri’s strategy and key performance metrics

• Ensure quarterly earnings call goes well, including preparation of related presentation materials

• Monitor sell side analyst research report and capital market views on Bank Mandiri as well as its peer banks

• Provide constructive feedback, strong analysis on banking industry, Bank Mandiri position and its competitor from capital market to senior management team in Bank Mandiri

• Maintain communication with analysts and investors through meetings, emails, personal contacts, and delivery of written and online materials.

• Expand investor /shareholder base of Bank Mandiri

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (Post Grad degree is preferred) in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Commerce and its related fields

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (4.0 scale) or upper second class or equivalent from reputable universities

• Minimum 6 years working experience with roles in finance, accounting, capital market, or investor relations

• Team player with strong analytical and communication skill

• Avid user of presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Keynote

• Fluency in English

• Willing to travel domestically and internationally

‘Good to have’ Qualification

• CFA Certification

• Good understanding on banking industry

• Familiarity with Bloomberg and Nasdaq
