Job Description
We currently have opportunities to work with us as a Team Leader in Business Transformation. As a Team Leader, you will lead, coordinate, plan, and execute strategic initiatives. As a leader of execution team of business and digitalization initiatives, you will directly contribute and deliver impact to the bank’s goals and achievements. Ideal candidates should have passion for developing and applying his/her skills in management consulting, structured problem solving, design thinking, and effective communications.
- Identify issues/pain points using a framework for analysis, develop actionable workplan to deliver business improvements (both incremental and transformational) and develop project brief, which includes list of initiatives, detailed activities, timeline, target business outcomes, and monitoring mechanisms for the initiatives
- Lead project planning, execution, and implementation in order to achieve targets/timeline
- Monitor initiatives implementation including activities, timeline, target achievements, and pain points identified during implementation stage to be reviewed and develop continuous improvement plan
- Conduct research, survey, and market intelligence to find out market trends and external development
- Execute other tasks from top management related to strategic initiatives that support bank’s overall business strategy
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum S1 (preferably S2) with Business Management/Engineering/Computer Science/Economics background.
- Minimum GPA 3.0 (from scale 4.0) from a reputable university
- At least 6-8 years of experience in all of these/selected topics: Management Consulting, Business Development, Business Process Design/Reengineering, or cross groups initiatives related to Banking in all segments. (At least 3 years of experience in Management Consulting is mandatory and the rest of experience could be from above relevant topics)
- Have good managerial, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strategic thinking, prioritization, and structured problem analysis skills
- Excellent English skills
- Ability to present and use presentation tools as well
