Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Team Leader Technical – PMO BPR Retail that is familiar with scrum approach in project management and experience in complex digital transformation with at least 6 years work experience.
- Have the ability to lead a small team of technical analyst
- The technical analyst team will support multiple scrum team to make sure activity such as integration with surrounding system, performance test, penetration test and other technical issues that arose during project
- Cooperate with IT PMs, and other IT teams to do the projects’ activities and system deliveries.
- Understanding in devising deployment plan and strategy to align with management direction.
- Ensure the removal of impediments that blocks the project’s progress.
- Report periodically to the stakeholders for the project’s progress.
Minimum Qualifications
- Have at least Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- 6 years of working experience in IT project management
- 1 years of experience as scrum master in banking project is a plus
- Experienced in delivering IT projects, Change Requests, and System Stabilization / Improvements in Waterfall or Agile SDLC
- Possession of project management knowledge and IT related skillsets is an advantage
- Maximum age limit of 40 years old
- Ability to think outside the box on any business problems statements
- An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving, proficiency with numbers, and finding patterns
- Ability to break down complex problems, come up with “Practical” solution and easily monitoring outcomes
- Excellent communication and ability to work with cross functional units (Business, IT, Ops, etc.)
- Flexibility & eagerness to learn new things
- Able to write & speak fluently in English as well as Bahasa
- Knowledge of banking industry is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Presentation skill
- Certified scrum master
- Certification in Lean/ Six Sigma / reputable Project Management standards
- Ability in using JIRA as work management tools for various use cases.
