Job Description

  • Act as a single contact point of coordination between the respective business and IT directorates especially related to risk management directorate, financial services directorate and compliance directorate
  • Support the respective Directors/Senior Executive Vice Presidents/Senior Vice President (GH) /for any issues related to IT that includes among others, interpreting business needs, prioritizing IT projects and making sure they are delivered as per business requirement in terms scope, timeline and qualities
  • Help IT PMO and PMs understand the business needs and priorities, assess capacity and manage business demand accordingly

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least Bachelor Degree from reputable university with education background preferably from Information Systems, Computer Science, or Information Technology related studies
  • Maximum age of 40 years old
  • Have at least 5 years of information systems (information technology) in large & complex IT environments
  • Have at least 2 years of business or operational experience with related to risk management, regulatory reporting (antasena, apolo, OBOX, SCV, Go AML etc), compliance and/or human capital services will be an advantage
  • Have been leading team for several times will be an advantage
  • Have experience with related to stakeholder engagement and management
  • Good communication & presentation skills (fluent both in English and Indonesian)
  • Good knowledge/practice in IT solutioning and business analysis, general project, and change management
  • Understanding of key business concepts specifically with related to risk management, regulatory reporting (antasena, apolo, OBOX, SCV, Go AML etc), compliance and/or human capital services
  • Good understanding in BASEL 3/4 operational, market, and credit risk will be an advantages

Required Skills:

  • Good understanding in IT-related banking regulatory requirements, i.e. PBI/SE BI and POJK/SE OJK
  • Good understanding in general banking application systems and infrastructure
  • Good understanding of key technology concepts with related to banking data model, data management and ETL process will be an advantages
  • Have experience and knowledge in SAP product with related to Finance & Cost Controlling module and/or Human Resources Module will be an advantages
  • Have experience and knowledge in Learning Management System will be an advantages
