Job Description

  1. Melakukan kreasi dan inovasi serta memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan bagi kemajuan mandiri
  2. Melaksanakan fungsi Support aplikasi khususnya ke aplikasi mobile banking, web application, dan sistem terkait lainnya.
  3. Melaksanakan fungsi sebagai salah satu kontak utama bagi organisasi dalam semua masalah produksi
  4. Monitoring ketersediaan aplikasi 24 X 7, scheduled weekend releases dan melakukan pemeriksaan setelah critical patch maintenance.
  5. Membuat diagnosa dan penyelesaian problem aplikasi untuk memastikan kinerja dan kegunaan yang optimal untuk berbagai user serta menyediakan analisis mendasar terkait masalah masalah yang ada dengan berbagai rekomendasi perbaikan untuk pencegahan problem tersebut di masa mendatang
  6. Menganalisis faktor faktor dasar yang bisa memengaruhi keandalan, akurasi, dan efisiensi aplikasi yang ditugaskan.
  7. Melaksanakan fungsi SME (Subject Matter Expert) atau sesuai kebutuhan serta bersedia bekerja di berbagai tim developer, tim database, sistem spesialis dan tim lainnya untuk dukungan tambahan bila diperlukan untuk melengkapi dan memperluas pengetahuan mereka/tim mereka.
  8. Melakukan Service Transisi dari Development to Support.
  9. Melaksanakan develop/ Utilize Core Support Tools untuk melakukan pekerjaan sambil Improve pelatihan day to days untuk support tim member dengan tujuan peningkatan deliver pada bisnis.
  10. Membuat software operations dan Support related documentation.
  11. Melaksanakan Improvement proses dalam dedikasi untuk continuous Improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Memiliki Pendidikan minimal S1 dibidang atau jurusan IT dan SI atau bidang lain yang relevan.
  • Memiliki Skill Komunikasi atau kemampuan Interpersonal dengan sangat baik.
  • Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di bagian systems analysis, problem management dan application support serta mobile application Platform. atau yang setara minimal 3 tahun.
  • Memiliki sikap inisiatif, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, detail, dan bekerja dengan rapi.
  • Mampu bekerja secara Individu ataupun dalam tim serta mampu berkoordinasi dengan tim tim lain yang terkait
  • Mampu memberikan masukan/ide ide untuk improvement dalam tim

Required Skills:

  • Pengalaman dalam in Incidents Management, Problem Management, Capacity Management and Change Management berkaitan dengan Mobile Application, Web Application, Surrounding System
  • Memiliki pemahaman dalam menggunakan aplikasi microservices menggunakan kubernates
