Job Description
- Melakukan survey/benchmark struktur kompensasi sesuai pasar dan perusahaan dengan bidang usaha sejenis.
- Collect data kompensasi per periode (data intern dan ekstern).
- Mengidentifikasi kesesuaian penerapan kompensasi & benefit, termasuk di dalamnya salary structure insentif, tunjangan, dan benefit lainya.
- Melakukan analisa struktur kompensasi (salary & benefit).
- Melakukan simulasi berdasarkan hasil survey dengan acuan budget.
- Mengajukan proposal untuk perubahan kompensasi & benefit, termasuk di dalamnya salary structure insentif, tunjangan, dan benefit lainya.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 dari semua jurusan dengan IPK min. 2,75
- Usia maksimal 32 tahun.
- Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang Compensation Benefit & Reward Management Analyst.
- Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik mengenai compensation benefit & reward management.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
- Memiliki kemampuan komputer Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, dll).
