Job Description
Responsible in campaign operational through several channels (text message, telesales, and ATM), customer contact policies management, pre and post campaign analysis, campaign pipeline management in collaboration with the business, and work together with the analytics team in providing the campaign leads. Detail responsibility as follows :
- Collaborate with IT to prepare and ensure the reliability of our campaign system.
- Do some research and analysis to make some improvement of our campaign management to make it more effective and efficient.
- Regular review and evaluate our contact policies and implement the revision to make it align with bank-wide business strategy.
- Implement campaign governance to create reliable and scalable process.
- Collaborate with business units in campaign design based on our historical data.
- Track and evaluate all the campaign and also provide recommendation for the next campaign.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years relevant work experience incampaign management from campaign design, campaign operational, campaign tracking, to campaign evaluation and improvement.
- Experience with data processing and ETL software (such as Hadoop, Spark, Impala, Hive, Talend) along with data.
- Experience in data visualization (Tableau, D3).
