Business Banking Finance & Strategy Specialist  

Responsible for the coordination, monitoring and evaluation of Business Banking’s performance and key strategic initiatives in order to achieve, sustain or regain market leadership including exploring growth opportunities, find and capitalize on new opportunities.

1. Business Planning and Strategy
   1. Provide strategy and practical feedback to key stakeholders through periodic performance evaluation as well as provide alternative solutions to deal with both internal and external challenges
   2. Coordinate and ensure effective implementation and monitoring of key improvements on financial performance and key strategy in Business Banking
   3. Provide and advice Business Banking key strategy initiatives by working together with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with Business Banking strategy
2. Business Performance and Management
   1. Continuously review and identify area of improvement related to planning and strategy by working closely with Risk Management, Compliance, RCU, and product owners
   2. Manage & liaise with related function in Risk Management, Compliance and all units within Business Banking for any issue regarding Business Planning, Strategy and Risk Management within Business Banking
   3. Ensure sustainability of business performance to achieve optimal financial performance

1. Min. Bachelor degree, preferably Master Degree
2. Banking Risk & Regulation level 3
3. At minimum 7-10 years of experience in Financial / Banking Industry
