CORPORATE BANKING CREDIT ANALYST  

Responsible for the quality, structure, analysis, and compliance of the credit proposal for the areas covered by working together with Relationship Managers and Credit Approvers through providing independent financial analysis & industry research:

• Perform financial analysis and industry research to support the RMs in conducting client facing activities
• Perform independent credit monitoring by working closely with RM to ensure that risks have been appropriately identified and mitigated
• Analyst is required to have full understanding of the credit transaction. Adequate knowledge and understanding of the borrower’s credit risk matrix (for e.g. financial performance, industry, credit risk factors, etc) is a must
• Analyst is expected to grasp the quantitative and qualitative details of each borrower’s financial performance (past, current, future), industry key success factors (KSF) and anticipate problem credit early
• Analyst is expected to have a continuing appreciation of intrinsic portfolio risks because certain borrower and industries must be recognized as riskier than others
• Analyst is expected to be thoroughly familiar and consistently compliant with both internal policies as well as banking or other regulations related to his/her area of lending activity

• Min. Bachelor degree in any major (preferable finance, accounting, banking management, and engineering)
• Banking Risk & Regulation level 2
• At minimum 3-5 years of experience as Credit Analyst or Credit Reviewer (preferable in Commercial / Enterprise / Wholesale / Corporate Segment)
