Job Description
- Monitor test scenario Outcomes, manage timely resolution of errors throughout development, testing, & post implementation
- Manage close relationship with RPA Developer & Vendor (in case of RPA Malfunction)
- Perform detailed assesment that are potential for automation
- Understand risk, assumptions & depedencies associated with the process
- Document business process to the granular level of detail (user story) & define acceptance criteria required for RPA program
- Help process owner to create UAT, identify process scenario (including negative cases), exception handling & expected outcomes
- Work closesly with RPA Developer to understand both sides & assist in creating solution design, ensure it meet business requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in South Tangerang.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
