Job Description
As a Product Development Manager, you will handle:
- Analyze the current product, execute product feasibility assessment and product specifications based on the market
- Lead product development process from idea generation, approval, and product launch
- Oversee all functions that related to creation of new products, ensuring that the products are successfully designed, priced, positioned, launched, promoted & supported that will lead to increased and profitable company assets
- Responsible to conduct regular analysis on ongoing product maintenance
- Lead tasks related to existing products, including changes and product related approval to Regulators (OJK)
- Formulate strategic plan aiming to capitalize business opportunity by staying ahead in the market through product innovations, industry trends and updates in regulations
Minimum Qualifications
You need to have:
- Excellent insurance product knowledge & regulatory matters
- Excellent leadership, project planning, data analysis & reports
- Good Ms. Offices skills
- Good english, both verbal & written
Minimum requirements:
- Preferably bachelor degree in Actuarial, Mathematics or Statisctis
- More than 5 years experience of insurance product strategy, development, management and product specialist area
- Relevant OJK licenses' holder is a plus
