Job Description:
- To do sales activity and to achieve individual pension sales target that already determine at the beginning of the year
- Doing sales activity and preparing sales tools
- Build good relationship with Allianz distribution channel to get referral
- Handle agencies and brokers to get referral for pension program
- Conduct pension socialization to client, and training to agency and brokers
- Create weekly pipeline report
Minimum Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Insurance industry
- Educational background from Marketing, or Management.
- Experience in Sales
- Good presentation and communication skill
