Job Description
- Determine the status of claims through research
- Reviewing charges, and use of payment or denial codes within established guidelines and standards
- Maintenance of records, files, and documentation
- Meet the standards of department production and quality standards
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Bachelor OR Associate degree from Medical, Nurse, Public Health,any
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, and general computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to organize and prioritize a large volume of work, detail oriented
