Job Description
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
- Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
- Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures
- Monitor project progress
- Oversee the implementation
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the insurance or similar industries
- Experience working with senior decision makers
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Proven analytical background
- Advanced Excel skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills

- Leadership and management skills
- An interest in, and understanding of, project management techniques and computing systems
