Job Description
Revenue and Sales Director, Philippines
The Revenue and Sales Director manages current channels, identifying new revenue channels and the delivery of sales. The Revenue and Sales Director will oversee the management of the sales department, overseeing all sales-related activities.
Roles:
- Meeting and surpassing sales and revenue targets.
- Finding new revenue sources and sales channels.
- Maintain and strengthen relation with existing channels.
- Work with the Marketing Director to implement games’ marketing and promotional strategies and grow market share.
- Search for relevant opportunities to generate maximum revenue
- Develop a Strategic Action Plan and Channel Program to achieve higher market share.
- Manage a team of Area Sales Representatives to perform optimally
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- At least 8 years’ experience, of which 4 years in a leadership role, handling traditional and non-traditional distribution channels. Preferred industries: Gaming, Telecom/ FMCG/ Media / Pharmaceutical/ Retail.
- Good understanding about PC/Mobile Games, Intellectual Property, and Animation content.
- Understanding of traditional and new media distribution channels.
- Excellent English, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
