Job Description
- Primary focus on day-to-day execution of HR activities
- Applies a fundamental knowledge of HR principles to provide day to day HR support to a business/functional unit
- Recruiting, onboard, and monitoring Talent
- Learning and Development, Recruiting, and Talent
- Employee engagement
- Mid-year and end-year process KPI
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-6 years work experience in HR
- Have work experience in service center company is a plus
- Have knowledge of people management
- Having knowledge of HR policies and procedures (including employment policies and practices, staffing, reporting tools, compensation and benefits, employee relations)
- HR experience in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Detail oriented, strong in ensuring accuracy and quality work
- Graduated from a reputable university
