Job Description
- Responsible for achieving company target through collaborating with the Sales team
- Conduct sales forecasting and market research to analyze market trends and identify new market development opportunities
- Recommend sales strategies and marketing activities based approved budget
- Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to clients and customer
- Creating and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, principles, and key opinion leader.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering/Health Analyst/Public Health/or other relevant major
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Product Specialist Medical Devices (especially medical disposable & antiseptic products)
- English proficiency is a must (written and verbal)
- Good understanding of Medical Device/Healthcare Market and related procedures
- Good presentation skills, negotiation skills with strong sales & marketing strategy
- Have a confident, aggressive, and detail-oriented personality
- Ability to work in a complex and fast-paced environment
- Business travel within Indonesia or overseas will be required
