Job Description

We’re a growing company in need of new team members to help out with this role. If you’re a smart and hard working team player with exceptional English language skills and computer savvy, we’re looking for you! No prior experience is required, but there will be plenty of opportunities to apply the skills you already have while challenging yourself and learning new things. Pay is very competitive and based on level of English language ability, skills, and experience. We pay weekly via PayPal.

Job responsibilities may include:

  1. Coordinate communications, including taking video conference, responding to emails and interfacing with customers
  2. Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
  3. Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
  4. Arrange corporate events
  5. Online research and data collection using spreadsheets
  6. Reporting and analysis
  7. Maintain an organized filing system of electronic documents
  8. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  9. Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
  10. Creative work with writing and media
  11. A number of other administrative tasks and projects

The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications:
1. Excellent written and spoken English
2. 40+ hours per week of availability
3. No other work commitments outside the home
4. Good computer skills
5. Fast and reliable internet connection

Desirable skills and experience:
1. Professional experience with written English
2. Experience working with a remote team
3. Experience working as an employee within an English speaking company
4. Experience with Google Docs, spreadsheets, calendar applications, and project management software
