Responsibilities:
- Prospect and recruit a team of financial advisors; commit to growing his/her team supported by company recruitment programs
- Train and mentor his/her team
- Conduct regular monitoring of his/her Team's activities and performance
- Recommend solutions to clients in order to achieve their financial objectives (savings, investments, life insurance, income protection, education funding, retirement planning, estate planning, etc.). Assist his/her Team in doing the same activities.
- Attend regular meetings with the management team
Minimum Qualifications
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Recruitment skills
- Training skills
- Leadership and management skills
- Knowledgeable on Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, HR Work, and Training is a plus, but is not required
- With a good network of a market to start his/her own team
