Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct in-depth research and communicate with senior executives to identify current market trends and challenges especially in Life Sciences sector
• Identify, invite and secure high caliber facilitators/thought leaders for the Executive-level Strategy Meetings
• Meeting established deadlines
• Conducting ongoing research within an assigned area to further your industry knowledge and develop potential new Executive-level Strategy Meetings ideas
• Manage the meetings on-site to meet delegates, sponsors and facilitators expectations
• Servicing customers in a professional, service-oriented manner during execution of daily work and on-site at the Executive-level Strategy Meetings
• Collaborate and write all promotional material creation.
• Providing the sponsorship and sales department with strategic information on potential sponsorship and delegates opportunities.
