- Develop and manage assigned territory with the goal of achieving minimum incentive.
- Meet a specific number of calls per day per month.
- Effectively promote and detail assigned product.
- Conduct marketing activities such as round table discussion, product presentation and other forms of symposia.
- Ensure that return of investment is met for all activities implemented.
- Effectively plan and organize daily, weekly and monthly activities.
- Submit timely and accurate reports.
- Provide regular feedback on competitor’s product and activities.
- Adhere to SOP’s set by the company (doing the right working process).
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experienced in government bidding
- Must be willing to be assigned in Metro Manila or GMA.
