Assistant Research Manager

As PRIME Philipines expands, the search for Asst. Research Manager has arisen.

The Assistant Research Manager shall be expected to provide support for his/her own department in achieving set objectives for the team. He/She shall also be responsible for providing assistance in management and coordination of internal and external research projects of PRIME and for providing insight as professional guidance and advice to the business in a form of a Market Study (Qualitative & Quantitative), Market Surveys, Various Forecasting Reports, Feasibility Studies, Sector Studies, and Cost-Benefit Studies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Be involved in generating Complete Market Study (Qualitative & Quantitative), Market Surveys, Various Forecasting Reports, Feasibility Studies, Sector Studies, and Cost-Benefit Studies.
• Create and produce economic reports on the local and regional statistical areas, in relation to employment data, population growth and other metrics that affect the country’s economy and commercial real estate market.
• Conducts data gathering from various sources, data processing, and analysis, financial analysis, report writing, and presentation.
• Conduct market studies for various clients and prepares research publications.
• Responsible for the collection, maintenance, update and preparation of data needed for writing statistical reports and real estate publications.

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in a research-related position that covers real estate properties and developments
• Must possess a Degree in Economics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or an equivalent courses.
• Having a Master’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to process and analyze data; strong writing skills are required
