Job Description
- Conduct audit of specific company operations that will be assigned by the manager:
- Perform field survey and transaction walkthroughs for exposure in the operation systems and processes.
- Perform detailed testing of internal control systems and processes utilizing audit techniques and procedures in the audit program.
- Prepare audit reports/findings and recommendations and discuss with the manager.
- Document audit results in a neat, legible and organized manner consistent with the audit program.
- Safeguard working papers and do not disclose confidential information.
- Conduct audit of the company’s financial statement accounts, including review of reliability, integrity and the means used to identify, measure, classify and report such financial statements information.
- Performs audits in accordance with the standards for the professional practice of internal auditing issued by the professional regulatory body in the practice of internal auditing (the institute of internal auditors).
- Maintain professional proficiency by obtaining adequate continuing professional education and keep current on trends in accounting and auditing.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Preferably CPA
