Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work with and support Digital Strategist and/or Copywriter and Accounts team to identify and create innovative experiences and digital solutions (integrated campaign to activations, sampling and events) for Clients.
  • Work with the digital content team to ensure all campaign components align with audience engagement strategies as well as to help support the generation of premium content for activations.
  • Work with Market Research team and understand analytics to be able to suggest and develop activations and digital business
  • Write briefs and source and manage third-party partners; freelancers(strategists), video producers, social media team, developers and tech partners to deliver digital solutions.
  • Overall day-to-day operational management, delivery and execution of all campaign components.
  • Develop, track and optimize social media channels and digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels/platforms including tracking and reporting of activations.
  • Identify opportunities and market entry strategies for digital solutions for brands and consumers alike.
  • Keep updating with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement to give further key recommendations and insights to improve existing and future campaigns.
  • Maintain a digital dashboard of several different accounts.
  • Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization.
  • Understand key objectives and success metrics - Take ownership of the campaigns, providing feedback, working with the team on strategic direction and recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) projects, including campaign optimization, budget management, bid adjustment, performance analysis.
  • Manage SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, & enhancing page copies.
  • Provide SEO requirements for blog content, websites, and social media accounts
  • Propose local initiatives and tests to improve performance.
  • Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
  • Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success.
  • Create and maintain online listings across e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure that the brand message is consistent.
  • Build, maintain and analyze weekly/monthly performance reporting to share with the team.
  • Ensure reports are 100% accurate and include detailed findings and insight
  • Coordinate and execute creative and ad copy tests and learn plans for Paid Search, Display and Social to improve CTR and CVR.
  • This position reports to the Marketing operations Head and the Business Unit Head of Digital Marketing.
  • The digital project manager oversees the planning, tracking, and deliverables of tech-centered projects that typically happen online. Working with clients or leading an internal team to create a digital product, his goal is to make sure the project finishes on time and within budget, with as little stress as possible.
  • The digital project manager keeps communication flowing, expectations in check, and priorities in order so everyone understands their role in the project’s success. He sets the project plan and actively work to resolve issues to ensure the project stays on track makes sure all elements of the project are moving along smoothly.
  • The digital project manager builds trust, guides decisions, and makes sure everyone is comfortable with the work. Also, is a good communicator who thinks strategically about the project’s big picture.
  • The DPM ensures all of the necessary deliverables for a project are completed and handed over on time within the budget and aligns with business goals.
  • The Digital Project Manager must have an extensive experience in planning, directing, and coordinating technology projects and teams, who must be tech-savvy and up-to-date on today’s technology.
  • The DPM will be capable of interfacing with professionals at the highest organizational levels within the client base.
  • The Digital Project Manager will focus on the integration of innovative experiences and digital solutions to campaigns involving digital marketing, activations, sampling and events efforts of Clients.
  • The DMP has a solid understanding of client industries and needs, formulates digital marketing strategies to create brand awareness and product demand, a master of digital technologies and applies them to different needs, provides advice and sees projects and campaigns through the defined timeline.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or relevant field
  • A bachelor’s degree graduate in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, advertising or any related field
  • Should have experience in content planning, social media management, content development, advertising among others
  • Excellent understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices in which to be converted to innovative campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns for different clients.
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills, communication skills and organizational skills.
  • Must be adept with digital marketing discipline.
  • Preferably with knowledge in all facets of digital marketing and project management
  • Can juggle multi-task across many assignments and prioritize
