Job Description

  • Develops and nurtures relationships with key influencers within the client’s company to build trust, loyalty, and retention
  • Drives all post-sales client services by leading all communications, account management and performance reporting
  • Actively communicates and coordinates with the client for progress and performance reporting
  • Continuously provides value to our clients by identifying key areas for performance and business improvements
  • Works with the Business Unit Heads and Operations Head to develop short and long term strategy for the clients
  • Works with Digital Accounts Executives to upsell existing clients
  • Manages and collates project documents such as signed proposals, SLAs, client’s brand guidelines and other required documentation before starting the project
  • Coordinate with Propelrr Operations Head, other Account Managers and Business Unit heads to identify project teams, develop and execute the project plan including budget and timelines that are aligned to the business objectives
  • Ensures that all tasks and project deliveries meet the agreed deadlines, internally and externally
  • Conducts quality checks on all produced output to ensure that they adhere to the brand guidelines and quality standards before client submission
  • Reports to the Management team and internal key stakeholders
  • Participate in pitch presentations and alignment meetings with leads that are already in the conversion stage
  • Works with the Account Executives to effectively transition and onboard newly obtained clients

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communication, Communication Arts, or equivalent.
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in a digital marketing company.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
