Job Description
- Implements end-to-end hiring process;
- Assists in payroll processing;
- Assists in the implementation of training and development programs;
- Maintains physical and/or digital records of the company, its employees, clients, suppliers and others;
- Processes employee benefits including government mandatory contributions;
- Provides the needed documents for Supplier Accreditation and other client related requests;
- Ensures availability of company requirements such as office equipment, materials and supplies, etc;
- Creates and updates all admin related processes including but not limited to the following; Acctg, HR and Purchasing;
- Manages inventory of Fixed Assets;
- Assists in monitoring compliance to the established processes; and
- Reports to the HR / Admin Officer
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management or equivalent
- Good understanding of the HR and Administrative processes
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Solid problem solving and team management abilities
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing is a plus
- Driven, passionate, self-motivated and can work with minimum supervision
